- Vilket verktyg behövs för installation av denna rördel? Pressfitingar kräver specialiserade pressklämmor med rätt typ av tandskiva (ofta betecknad B, F, eller TH enligt systemet) som motsvarar storleken och typen av rördelen – utan rätt verktyg går det inte att skapa eller kontrollera förbindelsen.
- Hur vet jag att förbindelsen är korrekt pressad? Kvalitativa pressfitingar har en pressindikator (t.ex. packningsringen som läcker vid ofullständig pressning) – innan förbindelsen görs fast i väggen eller i golvets betong är det alltid nödvändigt att utföra ett trycktest på hela systemet.
- Kan förbindelsen tas isär efter pressningen? Nej, till skillnad från skruvade (vridbara) förbindelser är en pressad förbindelse permanent och kräver att rördelen klipps bort och ersätts med en ny för att kunna tas isär.
- Måste installationen utföras av en yrkesman? Ja, pressning av rördelar kräver yrkesmässig färdighet och korrekt kalibrerat verktyg – vi rekommenderar att uppdraget lämnas till en uppvärmnings- eller installationsentreprenör, särskilt för förbindelser som kommer att fastsättas i väggen eller i golvets betong utan möjlighet till senare kontroll.

IVAR has been producing heating and plumbing system components since 1985: valves for heating bodies, direct heat metering modules, heat cost allocators, pipes and fittings, substations for heating systems, distribution manifolds, radiant panel systems, and components for solar and geothermal systems. And it’s all “Made in Italy”.
Over 200 people are employed at our manufacturing facilities in Prevalle (in northern Italy’s Brescia province). The site has been designed to streamline our many production and operational stages.
The Italian headquarters also acts as a hub for the wider IVAR Group, set up with the goal of distributing products beyond Italy’s borders. The group now has 11 branches, in Australia, Belgium, China, Germany, the United Kingdom, the Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, the United States and Tunisia.
