- Vilket verktyg behövs för installation av denna rördel? Tryckfittings kräver specialiserade tryckklämmor med rätt typ av tandskiva (ofta betecknad B, F eller TH enligt systemet) som motsvarar storleken och typen av rördelen – utan rätt verktyg går det inte att skapa eller kontrollera förbindelsen.
- Hur vet jag att förbindelsen är korrekt tryckad? Kvalitetsmässiga tryckfittings har en tryckindikator (t.ex. packningsringen som läcker vid ofullständig tryckning) – innan förbindelsen görs fast i väggen eller i golvets betong är det alltid nödvändigt att utföra ett tryckprov på hela systemet.
- Kan förbindelsen tas isär efter tryckningen? Nej, till skillnad från skruvad (vrid) förbindelse är tryckförbindelsen permanent och för att ta isär den krävs att rördelen skärs av och byts ut med en ny.
- Måste installationen utföras av en yrkesman? Ja, tryckning av rördelar kräver yrkesmässig färdighet och korrekt kalibrerat verktyg – vi rekommenderar att uppdraget lämnas till värmeläggare/inredningsmontör, särskilt vid förbindelser som kommer att fastsättas i väggen eller i golvets betong utan möjlighet till senare kontroll.

IVAR has been producing heating and plumbing system components since 1985: valves for heating bodies, direct heat metering modules, heat cost allocators, pipes and fittings, substations for heating systems, distribution manifolds, radiant panel systems, and components for solar and geothermal systems. And it’s all “Made in Italy”.
Over 200 people are employed at our manufacturing facilities in Prevalle (in northern Italy’s Brescia province). The site has been designed to streamline our many production and operational stages.
The Italian headquarters also acts as a hub for the wider IVAR Group, set up with the goal of distributing products beyond Italy’s borders. The group now has 11 branches, in Australia, Belgium, China, Germany, the United Kingdom, the Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, the United States and Tunisia.

The stages required for production take place internally, beginning with hot forming, which is carried out at our subsidiary Valmon Stampati.
