- Vilket verktyg behövs för installation av detta rördel? Pressförgrepp kräver specialiserade pressklämmor med rätt typ av tandskiva (ofta betecknad B, F eller TH enligt systemet) som motsvarar storleken och typen av rördelen – utan rätt verktyg går det inte att skapa eller kontrollera förbindelsen.
- Hur vet jag att förbindelsen är korrekt pressad? Kvalitetspressförgrepp har en monteringsindikator (t.ex. tätning O-ring som läcker vid ofullständigt pressning) – innan förbindelsen görs fast i väggen eller golvplattan är det alltid nödvändigt att utföra trycktest på hela systemet.
- Kan förbindelsen tas isär efter pressning? Nej, till skillnad från skruvade (trådade) förbindelser är pressförbindelsen permanent och kräver att rördelen skärs bort och ersätts med en ny för att kunna tas isär.
- Måste installationen utföras av en yrkesman? Ja, pressning av rördelar kräver yrkesmässig kompetens och korrekt kalibrerat verktyg – vi rekommenderar att överlåta arbetet till värmesystemtekniker/inredningsmontörer, särskilt vid förbindelser som kommer att fastsättas i vägg eller golvplatta utan möjlighet till senare kontroll.

IVAR has been producing heating and plumbing system components since 1985: valves for heating bodies, direct heat metering modules, heat cost allocators, pipes and fittings, substations for heating systems, distribution manifolds, radiant panel systems, and components for solar and geothermal systems. And it’s all “Made in Italy”.
Over 200 people are employed at our manufacturing facilities in Prevalle (in northern Italy’s Brescia province). The site has been designed to streamline our many production and operational stages.
The Italian headquarters also acts as a hub for the wider IVAR Group, set up with the goal of distributing products beyond Italy’s borders. The group now has 11 branches, in Australia, Belgium, China, Germany, the United Kingdom, the Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, the United States and Tunisia.

The stages required for production take place internally, beginning with hot forming, which is carried out at our subsidiary Valmon Stampati.
